ORDER PROCESSING All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will begin processing that day and ship out within 48 hours, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. We are unable to make changes to orders, shipping addresses, or item selections after purchase.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, measurements, and your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives severely damaged due to shipping, please email jasonleescloset@hollywoodunlocked.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage for documentation purposes. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will review each case individually.
